A holistic lifestyle emphasizes the body and mind connection, its mean to live a life according to what feels natural to oneself and their surroundings. For me, adapting an holistic lifestyle have teach me to look at all aspect of my life. learning to listen to my body by moving, eating, and living according to its needs.

My interest in health began in my teenage years, but unfortunately I did not have my bodys best interest at heart back then. It was first when I for real started to dive into my yoga practice in 2014, that I began to realize how connected our mind, body and spirit really are.
